How do you make local food taste even better? You serve it out of a pink food truck. Thats what we're doing at Gem conference on September 28th, and here are all the details!
One of the main values of Gem is using our platform and events to lift up other Women-owned businesses. "Using Women-owned for the food service is paramount because it is such a big budget item, and it is a way to circle money back to women in the community & to highlight the great work they are doing" said Gem founder Amanda. This year she set her sights on Gather Food Truck early on, knowing that they serve delicious, plant-based food. And the menu does not disappoint- attendees are going to be really well fed!!!
The best part about it? The Gather pink food truck will be on site for the day and here is what you can expect.
Lattes and hot drinks will be made on site for attendees, and other drinks including Kombucha. In the morning we will be service a breakfast of overnight jars, fruits and pastry before attedees settle in for a day of learning, inspiration and connection with community.
Lunch is a menu of two bowls including a Quinoa power bowl or Caesar bowl.
And in the afternoon we will have gorgeous plant-based grazing boards and a tea bar from Tease Wellness (The founder + CEO of Tease is a speaker at Gem this year).
To say we are excited to have the pink food truck on site is a understatement. This local food experience is part of all ticket levels.
